One person died following a crash Saturday evening in Winnetka.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic accident was reported at 9:34 p.m. in the 7600 N. Winnetka Ave. Authorities confirmed that one person died of their injuries at the scene. It is unknown how many vehicles in total were involved in the collision, and if the incident caused any other injuries.
The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. The circumstances surrounding the crash also remain unclear at this time. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
