On early Sunday morning, a man lost his life while another suffered injuries following a rollover crash in south Arlington.
As per the initial information, the fatal single-vehicle accident took place a little before 2:45 a.m. on I-20, near Bowen Road. The preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a pickup truck failed to maintain control of the vehicle, struck the guardrail and flipped over.
A man succumbed to his injuries at the crash scene. Emergency responders had to cut the vehicle to extricate the other man from the truck. He was rushed to a hospital in unknown condition. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
