A multi-vehicle accident in Fresno led to injuries (Fresno, CA)

On Wednesday afternoon, injuries were reported following a wreck in Fresno.

As per the initial information, the multi-vehicle pile-up took place near Van Ness Boulevard and Clinton Avenue. The preliminary investigation showed that a speeding driver in a red Camaro collided with a vehicle at a red light. Due to the impact, the vehicle slammed into two other vehicles in front and the next lane.

The at-fault driver fled the scene, leaving his vehicle behind. According to the officials, the victims incurred only minor injuries in the accident. Paramedics transported one woman to the hospital but she is expected to be okay. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation is continuing.
