On early Monday morning, one person suffered major injuries following a motorcycle accident on Murfreesboro Pike.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place a little before 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Murfreesboro Pike and Mt. View Road in Antioch. The preliminary investigation revealed that a car and a motorcycle crashed into each other for unknown reasons.
On arrival, emergency crews took the motorcycle rider to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The identity of the victim has not been released. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unknown at this time. No other details are immediately available.
