On Tuesday, one person suffered injuries after a motorcycle crash in Spanish Springs.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at the intersection of Calle De La Plata and Pyramid Way a little after 7:30 p.m. in which a motorcycle and a truck were involved. The preliminary investigation revealed that the motorcycle crashed into a truck from behind.
Officials believe that both drivers were impaired at the time of the collision. On arrival, medics transported the bike rider to the hospital with unspecified injuries. Pyramid Way was temporarily closed as crews worked at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
