A hit-and-run crash claimed the life of a female pedestrian near Edinger Avenue and Springdale Street (Huntington Beach, CA)

On Wednesday morning, a hit-and-run accident killed a female pedestrian near Edinger Avenue and Springdale Street.

As per the reports, the fatal auto-pedestrian crash took place at about 3:45 a.m. near Edinger Avenue and Springdale Street. Initial investigation revealed that a vehicle and a female pedestrian were involved in the crash.

The female pedestrian succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead by officials at crash scene. The Edinger Avenue between Springdale Street and Plymouth Lane was shut down while police investigated the scene. The description of the suspect vehicle and the identity of the victim remain undisclosed. No further details have been released by the authorities.
