A fiery car crash killed two people on Walnut and Linwood Avenue (Visalia, CA)

On Saturday afternoon, two people lost their lives following a fiery car crash on Walnut and Linwood Avenue in Visalia.

As per the authorities, the fatal incident took place on Walnut Avenue and Linwood Avenue at about 1:00 a.m. According to reports, a white Infiniti going at a high rate of speed plowed into a power pole. The vehicle had caught fire due to crash.

On arrival, the paramedics declared the driver and a passenger of the vehicle deceased. The collision also caused a wide power supply failure in the adjacent areas. PG&E immediately responded to the scene to restore power in the affected area. As of now, authorities have not provided any further information about the crash and the identities of the deceased persons have not been released.

An investigation is ongoing at this time.
