A fiery car accident claimed the lives of two people in North Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA)

On Monday morning, at least two people lost their lives after a vehicle slammed into a pole and burst into flames in North Hollywood.

As per the initial information, the incident was reported at around 1:30 a.m. at 11000 W. Burbank Blvd. The early reports showed that the vehicle had caught on fire by the time firefighters arrived at the scene.

Firefighters found two people inside the vehicle when they extinguished the flames. It is unclear if anyone received injuries as a result of the collision. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No other details are available.

The cause of the crash remains under review.
