Two people sustained critical injuries in a DUI accident on Coal Creek Parkway near 60th Street and Forest Drive on Saturday morning.
The incident happened on Coal Creek Parkway, between SE 60th St. and Forest Drive in the Newcastle neighborhood near The Golf Club. Furthermore, officials actively reacted to the crash scene at around 11:30 a.m.
As per authorities, the incident involved three vehicles. Additionally, rescuers ejected two passengers from the vehicle. As a result of the wreck, two people suffered serious injuries. Afterwards, medics rushed both the victims to a local hospital. Currently, authorities did not reveal the identity and details of the victims and the suspect.
The incident is under investigation.
