On Thursday afternoon, a car plunged off the side of the 210 Freeway in Pasadena, causing injuries to three women, officials said.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident happened just before 4 p.m. at the Seco Street offramp of the eastbound 210 Freeway. The preliminary reports revealed that the vehicle came to a stop approximately 50 feet down an embankment with its axles broken.
On arrival, firefighters treated three women, including a woman who sustained critical injuries as a result of the crash. The reports further said that the severely injured woman was 26 years old while the other two victims were 18 and 30 years old. No other details are available.
The CHP’s Altadena-area office is trying to find out the cause of the crash.
