A 37-year-old woman injured after a car broadsides a motorcycle in North Park (San Diego, CA)

On Wednesday, a 37-year-old woman received injuries after a 19-year-old man driving a Mercedes Benz broadsided her motorcycle in North Park.

The preliminary reports showed that the 37-year-old woman was heading westbound near the 2600 block of University Avenue. At that point of time, a teenager driving a Mercedes Benz hit her as he turned onto the eastbound side of the street Wednesday before 11 p.m.

The reports also revealed that the teen was turning left from Oregon Street when the incident happened. On arrival, first responders took the woman to the hospital with a broken leg. Her injuries are believed to be non-fatal. No other details are available.

The crash remains under review.
