77-year-old Luther Stewart died after his tractor overturned in Fannin County (Fannin County, GA)

On Monday, 77-year-old Luther Stewart, a resident of Morganton, lost his life following a single-vehicle rollover accident in Fannin County.

A per the initial information, officers got the reports of the crash at about 10:20 a.m. in which a tractor trailer was involved. According to the Georgia State Patrol, Luther Stewart was on the farm tractor hauling a trailer on My Mountain Road in Fannin County.

The vehicle reportedly slid off the west shoulder of the roadway and rolled over for reasons that are yet to be known. No other details are immediately available.

The cause of the deadly crash is under investigation.
