Authorities responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 2200 block of E. Pickard Road in Union Township at 7:30 p.m. The crash claimed the life of a 75-year-old Michigan woman.
According to the Isabella County Sheriff’s Office, the woman was driving a 2017 Ford Escape. For reasons unknown, her vehicle traveled off the road and struck two other parked vehicles.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only occupant in the vehicle.
Police said that the woman suffered a cardiac issue during the crash.
Additional information regarding the crash is currently unavailable. An investigation into the crash is under review.
