Authorities identified 70-year-old Robin Dale Wibeto, from San Jose, as the man who lost his life following a rollover crash on Friday in Tehachapi.
The fatal single-vehicle accident took place on Highway 58 east of Dennison Road at around 11:30 a.m. According to the investigation reports, the truck, being driven by 70-year-old Robin Dale Wibeto, swerved off the roadway and flipped over for undetermined reasons.
The victim suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The events that have led up to the crash remain unclear at this time. Authorities have not provided any other details pertaining to the collision.
An investigation is ongoing.
