7-Year-Old Boy Killed In A Pedestrian Accident In Santa Ana (Santa Ana, TX)

According to the Santa Ana Police, a pedestrian accident took place on Sunday.

The officials responded to the scene at around 9 p.m. in the area of Rosita and 7th Street. 

The investigating report stated that a 7-year-old child was crossing Rosita Streett when he was struck by a vehicle heading southbound. 

The child was taken to the hospital in critical injuries but was later declared dead by the authorities. 

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the Santa Ana Police. 

Investigation suggests that drugs or alcohol were not the factors involved in the fatal crash

No additional information regarding the identity of the deceased victim was provided by the Police.
