67 Years-Old Robert Brown Died In A Pedestrian Crash In Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA)

On Wednesday, a pedestrian was struck and killed in a motor vehicle collision on the Santa Monica (10) Freeway. 

The officers of the California Highway Patrol reported the collision on the eastbound Santa Monica Freeway west of La Brea Avenue. The incident took place around 3:58 a.m. CHP Officer, Peter Nicholson reported one victim to be fatally hit by a vehicle. 

According to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, the victim was identified as Robert Brown, 67. The victim was pronounced dead by the officials. 

Further information about the victim is under investigation. 

The CHP had shut down four lanes of the 10 Freeway to conduct the investigation.
