Authorities responded to a pedestrian crash on Indian Trail Lilburn Road in Norcross, Gwinnett County, that killed a woman.
According to Georgia Authorities, the woman was struck by a vehicle while crossing an Atlanta-area road on Wednesday.
The driver who hit her fled the scene, and a search is underway. Police are looking for a driver of a 1997-2002 teal or green truck with a broken headlight.
An investigation into the hit-and-run crash is ongoing.
