62-Year-Old Raymundo Carreon Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Loudon County (Loudon County, TN)

The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported a rollover crash on Thursday. 

The accident occurred near the Interstate 40 split around 4:30 p.m. 

According to the officials, a van ran off the interstate to the left and overcorrected. It then rolled several times before it came to a stop in the median. 

The driver of the vehicle, identified as 62-year-old Raymundo Carreon, was killed in the crash. The passenger in the vehicle, identified as 30-year-old Armando Martines, was also injured. 

The officials confirmed that they were both wearing seatbelts. 

The cause of the crash has not been disclosed yet. 

It is not known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the fatal accident
