61-year-old man hospitalized after a broadside collision in Turlock (Turlock, CA)

A 61-year-old man was hospitalized following a rollover crash Wednesday morning in Turlock.

As per the initial information, the two-car collision took place at about 9:14 a.m. on Grant Avenue and Flower Street. The early reports showed that a northbound Acura sedan broadsided an eastbound gray Dodge sedan that did not yield the right of way.

The Acura ended up on its roof due to the crash. On arrival, first responders took the 61-year-old male driver of the Dodge to a local hospital with minimal injuries. The 68-year-old female driver of the Acura and her female passenger both incurred minor injuries, but refused further treatment. No further details are available.

The accident remains under investigation.
