60-Year-Old Man Injured In A Motorcycle Accident In Spring Valley (Spring Valley, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident on Monday. 

The accident occurred on a street near Sweetwater Reservoir. 

According to the officials, the victim was driving his 2009 Harley-Davidson Street Glide on a curving stretch of Jamacha Boulevard in Spring valley when he lost control. 

The bike swerved out of control and hit a raised concrete median near Gillespie Drive. The driver toppled over along with the bike. 

Upon the arrival of the paramedics, the victim was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego with severe injuries. 

The identity of the victim has not been disclosed. 

The cause of the accident is still being investigated. 

It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. 

There are no other details available at the moment.
