On Wednesday, six people suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle wreck on Detroit’s east side.
As per the initial information, the four-vehicle pile-up took place in the area of 7 Mile Road and Strasburg Street. On arrival, emergency crews transported six people to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The two young children who were taken to a hospital were later picked up from school by their mother. As of 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, 7 Mile Road was fully blocked in the area of the crash. The circumstances surrounding the wreck remain unknown. No other details are made available.
The crash remains under investigation.
