A 59-year-old woman lost her life after a multi-vehicle wreck Friday afternoon near Atascocita.
As per the initial information, the three-vehicle accident took place in the 19300 block of West Lake Houston Parkway near FM 1960 in northeast Harris County. The preliminary reports showed the woman, who was driving a white Honda Civic, was heading westbound and exiting a private driveway when her car was struck by a BMW going northbound.
After colliding with the woman’s Honda, the BMW driver also struck a Jeep. The 59-year-old woman was rushed to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Officials are trying to determine if any charges will be filed. No other details are available.
The incident remains under investigation.
