59-Year-Old Henry Stevenson Died 1 Other Injured In A Motor Vehicle Accident In San Antonio (San Antonio, TX)

The San Antonio Police reported that a motor vehicle collision occurred on Saturday afternoon.

Officials reported that the crash happened in the southbound lanes of Interstate 37 near Donop Road. 

The driver of a Chevrolet Blazer steered into the grassy median in order to avoid a silver pickup truck that switched into his lane reported one of the witnesses. 

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. 

The driver and a 5-year-old boy were ejected from the vehicle following the crash. 

59-year-old Henry Stevenson, the driver of the Chevrolet Blazer was pronounced dead at the scene by the Paramedics. 

The 5-year-old boy was rushed to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police stated that the driver of the pickup truck is wanted for failure to stop and render aid. 

The fatal crash is being investigated by the San Antonio Police at the moment.
