According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a motor vehicle accident in Carson County on Friday. The crash happened on I-40 at around 7:10 a.m.
According to the investigators, an unknown vehicle and a 58-year-old were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the car driver entered a side skid, rolled over onto the driver’s side, and then onto its roof.
A 58-year-old Pelatia Trujillo was identified as the unknown driver who suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the reports, it is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
