Authorities identified 57-year-old Kit Odonnell, from Twentynine Palms, as the man who was killed following a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday at ARCO gas station.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of the corner of Split Rock Avenue at approximately 11:40 a.m. after getting reports of a traffic collision. Kit Odonnell suffered major injuries in the accident and was declared dead at the scene by the officials.
The events that have led up to the crash remain unknown at this time. It is also unclear how many vehicles in total were involved in the accident. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
