57-Year-Old Kevin Atteberry Accused For Hit-And-Run Crash In Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA)

On Sunday, a 57-year-old man was booked for DUI, causing a fatal crash that killed one. According to the Palm Springs Police Department, the collision occurred in Palm Springs on Saturday night.

Kevin Atteberry,57, was travelling south on Sunrise Way when it collided with the vehicle at the intersection of East Palm Canyon Drive. Police said the driver of the rear-ended vehicle died at the scene, and the passenger was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

Atteberry was also transported to a hospital with deadly injuries. The collision affected the other two vehicles to stop at the intersection.

Atterberry was also suspected of a hit-and-run accident before this fatal crash, said the police. An arrest will be made under DUI.
