The Los Angeles Fire Department reported a single-vehicle accident on Sunday. The accident occurred on the Harbour Freeway in the Harbour Gateway community. It was reported at 7:03 a.m.
According to the officials, a vehicle had driven off a freeway embankment and the driver had to be extracted from the vehicle. The driver, identified as Ignacio Casares, was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries reported in the accident.
