52-Year-Old Edward Garza Died In A Hit-And-Run Accident In Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ)

According to the officials, a hit-and-run accident was reported on Friday in Phoenix. 

The officials stated that a 52-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle in the area of McDowell Road and 41st Street. 

The crash happened at around 11:40 p.m. when Edward Garza, 51, was found with injuries after being hit. 

Officials declared Garza dead at the scene. 

Authorities reported that the driver of the vehicle fled the scene after failing to stop and render aid. 

The officials are yet to clarify whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was the factor involved in the crash. 

No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided.
