51-Year-Old Man Died In A Motorcycle Accident In San Jose (San Jose, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle accident was reported in San Jose Thursday afternoon. 

The official stated that the crash happened on Interstate 880 at around 4:10 p.m. 

A motorcyclist was traveling in a 2013 Harley-Davidson Road Glide northbound on I-880 and took the off-ramp to southbound Bascom Avenue. 

According to Officer Ross Lee, the motorcyclist failed to negotiate the curve and continued straight. He collided withFord F-150 pickup truck a 2020 Ford F-150 pickup truck. 

The unidentified motorcyclist was pronounced dead by the emergency personnel. 

Officials stated that a high rate of speed caused the crash. 

The identity of the deceased victim was not provided by the officials. 

The CHP are investigating the fatal crash at the moment.
