According to the Georgia Police Department, a motor vehicle accident was reported on Thursday in Bulloch County.
Officials confirmed that five people were injured due to the accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred near Highway 67 and Brooklet Denmark Road.
Out of the 5 injured persons, two were flown to Savannah Hospital for treatment.
The other three were taken to East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
No other details regarding the wreck including the type of accident, the number of vehicles involved have been revealed yet.
The crash remains under investigation by the GPD.
