5 people, including 2 children injured after a crash involving pedestrians in northeast Austin (Austin, TX)

Five people, including two children were injured after a crash Sunday morning involving “at least” two vehicles and two pedestrians in northeast Austin.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian accident took place at about 11:54 a.m. at 1400 E. Anderson Lane eastbound. Two adults were declared trauma alerts and rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center with potentially serious, not expected to be life-threatening injuries.

Two children were transported to Dell Children’s Medical Center with minimal injuries. A fifth person refused EMS transport. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. No other details are available.

The incident remains under active review.
