On Sunday, 49-year-old Tamika Johnson, from San Bernardino, lost her life following a traffic collision on Cedar Avenue.
As per the initial information, officers quickly responded to the intersection of Orange Street and Cedar Avenue after getting reports of a motor vehicle accident. On arrival, medical personnel rushed Tamika Johnson to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where she was declared deceased at about 2:47 a.m.
The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No other information has been released by the authorities.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
