45-year-old Karry Herrera dead after a motorcycle crash in Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ)

On Wednesday evening, 45-year-old Karry Herrera lost her life following a two-vehicle accident in west Phoenix.

As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place at about 6 p.m. on 87th Avenue and Indian School Road in which a motorcycle and a U-Haul truck were involved. The early reports indicated that a truck was making a left turn from Indian School Road to northbound 87th Avenue when it collided with the motorcycle.

The motorcycle rider, 45-year-old Karry Herrera, suffered major injuries and was declared deceased after being transported to a hospital. No other details have been provided by the authorities.

An investigation continues.
