According to the officials, a motor vehicle accident was reported on Wednesday.
The officials reported that 20-year-old Hannah Star Esser killed Luis Anthony Victor,43 by ramming her car into him.
Officials stated that Esser was traveling in the community of Cypress when she confronted Victor accusing him of trying to run over a cat.
Both of them got into an argument following which Esser returned to her vehicle and drove towards Victor.
Officials revealed that Victor was declared dead at the scene.
The Orange County prosecutor’s office released a statement with Esser being charged with murder and detained on a $1 million bail.
