On Wednesday night, four people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle accident in Bakersfield.
As per the initial information, the four-vehicle pile-up took place at about 4:37 p.m. on Highway 184 and Muller Road. The early reports showed that a pickup truck, a Sedan and two other vehicles were involved in the wreck. According to the officials, four people suffered unknown injuries as a result of the collision.
The southbound traffic was rerouted to Muller Road as crews worked at the scene. All northbound and southbound lanes have since reopened, officials said. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
