On Friday, four people suffered serious injuries following a crash in Shreveport.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of Hollywood Avenue at about 3:10 p.m. after getting reports of a traffic collision. According to the responders, four people, including an infant were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
The infant was in the red vehicle at the time of the accident. The person in the pickup truck was trapped inside the vehicle and crews had to cut the door off to extricate him. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
