On Tuesday, authorities identified 37-year-old Jesus Davila Escandon as the man who lost his life following a crash Monday in the unincorporated Windsor Hills area near Inglewood.
The fatal traffic collision took place at about 7:30 p.m. on Northridge and Overhill drives. According to the officials, the victim, identified as 37-year-old Jesus Davila Escandon, died of his injuries after the accident. His city of residence was not known.
Overhill Drive was closed between Stocker Street and Northridge Drive for approximately three hours as crews worked at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear. No other details are made available.
The incident remains under investigation.
