Texas Department of Public Safety reported a one-vehicle fatal accident that took place on Sunday night. The report also detailed that the incident took place around 8:16 PM on Border Avenue in Donna.
Investigations discovered that a green Chevrolet Suburban, occupied by two people, was traveling southbound on Border Avenue south of FM 495. The driver, Guillermo Moreno Correa, for reasons unknown, lost control of the SUV and veered off the roadway into an open field, where it rolled over.
The passenger was transported to McAllen Medical Center. Their condition at this time remains unknown.
