According to the Atlanta Police, a fatal crash was reported on Wednesday morning in Atlanta.
Authorities confirmed that 1 person died due to the accident.
Officials stated that the collision occurred on Georgia State Route 400 South at the exit to southbound I-85.
The victim’s vehicle hit the guardrail and the vehicle became disabled.
A second vehicle came along and ran over the driver, who was lying in the roadway at that point in time.
The victim was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition where he later passed away.
The other driver remained at the scene of the accident.
