On Wednesday afternoon, a 35-year-old man suffered critical injuries following a single-vehicle accident in east Shelby County.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place at about 1:30 p.m. on Goodlett Farms Parkway, east of Whitten Road in east Shelby County. The early reports showed that the motorcycle hit a curb for undetermined reasons and crashed.
On arrival, emergency personnel rushed the injured man to Regional One with critical injuries. The identity of the motorcycle rider has not been revealed at this time. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
