The Louisiana Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Sunday early morning in St. Martin Parish.

A motorcyclist wasinvolved in the collision

Arnaudville resident Aaron Miller, 35, allegedly failed to make a turn on Louisiana Highway 3039 close to Grand Bois Road.

He swerved off the road.

Miller lost control of his motorcycle and died at the scene instantly, according to the police’s preliminary investigations.

It is unclear what caused the crash and if drugs or alcohol were  a factor involved.

The fatal crash is being investigated by the police.

No additional details regarding the crash are available.
