34-Year-Old Bridgette Dauzat Died Following A Single-Vehicle Crash On LA Highway 154 (Bienville Parish, LA)

Louisiana State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed a woman’s life. 

The victim was identified as 34-year-old Bridgette Dauzat of Jamestown.

Dauzat was traveling east on LA Highway 154 in a 2008 Ford F-150 at a high speed. For reasons unknown, she veered off the road, over-corrected, crossed both lanes, and struck several trees. 

According to LSP, she was not wearing her seatbelt. Dauzat was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Alcohol or drugs are not suspected to be a factor in the crash. 

An investigation into the crash is under review.
