A 30-year-old male pedestrian lost his life after getting hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning in Pomona.
As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the area of Mission Boulevard and Towne Avenue after getting reports of a hit-and-run crash at about 2:15 a.m. The early reports showed that a man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. The driver involved left the scene after the accident. The man was rushed to the hospital where he died of his injuries shortly later.
According to the officials, the man who died was 30 years old. The hit-and-run driver remains at large at this time. No details are available regarding the suspect or their available.
