30-Year-Old Chassity E Hogan Died After A Wrong Way Crash On I-75 (Cobb County, GA)

The Cobb County Police Department responded to a wrong-way crash that claimed a life. 

A preliminary investigation revealed that 30-year-old Chassity E Hogan was driving southbound on I-75 North. It is unclear what caused the crash. 

Police said she hit a blue tractor-trailer that was entering onto I-75 from I-285. Hogan then redirected into a guardrail on the shoulder. 

Hogan was pronounced dead by the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office. 

The other driver remained uninjured. 

The crash remains under investigation.
