3 People Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In El Paso (El Paso, TX)

The El Paso Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident on Thursday and confirmed three people died. The deceased victims have not been identified at this time. 

Around yesterday evening the crash happened near the Ysleta port of entry. The El Paso PD were chasing a man who ran a red light. This caused the vehicle to crash into an SUV, police told the El Paso Times.

The SUV burst into flames while two women and an 8-year-old girl were trapped inside. Later, all three were pronounced dead. Two people riding in the first vehicle were injured as well. 

The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fatal crash. It remains uncertain whether alcohol or drugs were contributing factors in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
