Three people received injuries following a fiery crash Friday afternoon in West Long Beach.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at about 4:41 p.m. in the 3200 block of Santa Fe Avenue. Authorities actively responded to the scene and, on arrival, found two cars, including one that had rolled over. At least one of the cars also reportedly caught fire due to the collision.
One person had to be freed from the vehicle using the “Jaws of Life.” Three people were taken to a local hospital. The extent of injuries sustained by the victims remains unknown at this time. No further details are available.
An investigation is underway.
