At least three people sustained major injuries following a traffic collision in west Bakersfield.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place at about 2:19 p.m. on Brimhall Road and Nord Avenue. The early reports showed that a Sedan and a pickup truck were involved in the accident. Reports further added that one of the vehicles ran a stop sign and came directly into the path of the other vehicle.
Both the vehicles rolled over as a result of the crash. A home owner’s fence was damaged in the area due to the collision. According to the authorities, three people suffered major injuries. Alcohol and drugs did not seem to be involved in the accident. Roads were clear as of 4:30 p.m., officials reported. No other details are immediately available.
