Three people received injuries following a traffic collision Wednesday afternoon in Fresno.
As per the initial information, the two-car crash took place at around 3:45 p.m. on Highway 180 and Newmark Avenue. The early reports showed that an SUV attempted to turn onto Newmark Avenue from westbound Highway 180, but the driver failed to see an eastbound grey sedan on the highway following which the two vehicles collided with each other.
According to the authorities, three SUV occupants were not buckled up at the time of the collision. All three of them were thrown from the vehicle due to the impact. One person was flown to the hospital while two others were taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-fatal injuries. No other details are available.
