On Saturday morning, three people were injured following a traffic accident in Visalia.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle crash took place at about 12:38 p.m. on Mooney Boulevard and Noble Avenue. The early reports showed that a vehicle was traveling north at a high rate of speed when it smashed through the fence and crossed two eastbound lanes of Highway 198. Finally, the vehicle came to a stop in the center median.
On arrival, emergency responders extricated the driver and two passengers from the wreckage. The victims were then transported to an area hospital with significant injuries. Officials suspect that alcohol played a role in the accident. No other details are immediately available.
