Three people lost their lives and several others were injured after a crash Sunday night in Winnetka.
As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the area near the intersection of W. Vanowen Street and Corbin Avenue after getting reports of a traffic collision at about 9 p.m. According to the officials, three people, including a 25-year-old male and two 30-year-old males were pronounced dead at the scene.

Six others suffered “potentially serious” injuries, but were stable upon being taken to the hospital. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. The identities of the victims have not been released. No other details are available.
An investigation is underway.
